TODAY       

            We welcome Claire Barnet-Jones who will be teaching voice before    

            break and helping with Rock School from 11.15>12.00



            Katie Beacon will be visiting this morning with a view to taking over            

            from Lauren Hitchcock who will be leaving us at the end of this term

            in order to start stage two of her gap year. Lauren has been an exemplary

            student teacher and SRMS wish her every success for her future.



            Katie was a pupil of Sheila Rabson.



YOUNG CARERS



            Their second and last visit for this term. I attach to this letter e-mails from

            Jo and Heather. These will also be published on the Web. (As is this News   

            so if you want to check up on things before a Saturday hit the SRMS    

            Web a day before!)



            I did pop into Rock School and like Jo found the experience quite moving.



            I do sincerely congratulate all those teachers involved. You made and have   

            another opportunity to make a real impression on these young people.



            Music of any nature played in an ensemble is more than just the notes and

            the sound.



            The TT will be the same as last week-

PARENTS NEWSLETTER



            Most of these seemed to have been given out last week but please check    

            that your students have received one. Spare copies will be with Fiona on    

            the front desk.



DIRECTOR



            Will be leaving for the dreaming spires just after break and will be there    

            for the whole of the session next week.



TRUSTEES / EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE



            The next meeting will be on November 29th at Tehmi's. This promises to

            be an important meeting and will start at 7.30 and not at 7.45.

            We still need a volunteer to take minutes for this meeting.



YOGA FOR PARENTS and ADULT FRIENDS-DECEMBER 1st



            Becky Swain will be holding a session from 11.15-12.00. All welcome    

            and no cost.



AGM  DECEMBER 8 11.00 for 11.15



            The meeting aims to finish around 12.00.



            We already have a volunteer for minutes – thank you Becky Swain.
