            I have put these in as many registers as I could for YOU to distribute to    

            students. Please stress that they should take them home.



            Helen Parfit has produced this almost but not quite at the drop of a hat and   

            we do thank her for her inimitable chatty style which is so unlike my    boring info: sheets.



VISIT OF YOUNG CARERS



            We welcome the 13 or so young people who will be joining us from 11.00

            this morning. Please say hello if you see somebody you don't know .

            Their morning will be

            ALL SESSIONS AS NORMAL AND 'OUR' STUDENTS INVITED    

            TO DRAMA



            Heather Whittle, mother of Rosie, devotes an enormous amount of her    

            time organising fund raising and events for these children. We have been

            awarded over £4000 by Somerset Community Foundation to fund these    

            first two weeks and two weeks in the Spring Term. Although their funding   

            ceases as from the end of March 08,we will still continue with two weeks    

            in the Summer term.



            The lure of culture with us has been strong and not influenced in the    

            slightest by finishing the morning with a trip to Macdonald's when they    

            leave us at about 1.00.



KEYBOARD / MARY SMITH STUDIO



            Heathfield are now aware that this instrument sustains for England and    

            have removed it for repair. They have replaced it with our large, portable    

            (Hee Hee) instrument. This means that Alan's pupils will be using a    

            smaller keyboard. Apologies and hopefully all will be sorted out very    

            quickly.



TRUSTEES    Next meeting on Thursday, November 29-7.30 at Tehmi's.
