TODAY  	Welcome to Jean Hall and Maggie Beard from St Mary's Church

	Taunton.



	NB This years Summer Bash in the garden of St Mary's will be on     

	Saturday, July 5th. 



CHRIS BALL 

	Chris will be leaving SRMS at the end of this term after so many     

	years with Sat Am that neither he nor me are prepared to try and     

	work it out. Chris will be replaced by Andrew Hinkley and      

	Andrew will be standing for Chris today. 



NEXT WEEK 

	Please remind all students that we are not here next Saturday but     

	return for the final session of the term the following week,      

	Saturday,  March  29th. 



REGISTERS  

	Please hand in all registers as you leave this morning. 



STAFF PAYMENT 

	Claim forms will be in registers on Saturday March 29th.



	All staff should return their registers at the end of the final session

	with:-



		1 Claim Form completed.



		2 Register sheet of students up to date.



			NB Please give Full names of pupils.



		3 Self addressed envelope for cheques to be        

		sent during the following week. If you have        

		a stamp as well – fine. If not don't worry. 



YOUNG CARERS 

	I have had very positive feed –back from their organisers and join     

	with them in congratulating staff who were involved – James     

	Packer, Richard Sleeman, Steve Bray, Phil Weare, Mary Williams

	and Darren Riggs. 



SEPTEMBER 2008 

	It would help planning for next year if staff who know now that     

	they will not be available inform Stephen Perks       

	(Instrumental/Voice teachers) or me (Non-instrumental lessons)



	The Trustees and Executive committee are still not yet able to     

	confirm any changes which might be made for the next year.
